5. Develop Expert Recommendations:

• Provide actionable strategies tailored to the school’s unique needs and goals.

• Align recommendations with school priorities and available resources.

 

6. Create a Sustainable School Improvement Plan:

• Develop a clear, step-by-step plan for school enrichment and performance enhancement.

• Support the implementation with guidance and resources.
